What You'll Do:
- Organise, clean and maintain Excel spreadsheets and databases
- Identify duplicate records, formatting issues and data inconsistencies
- Prepare, review and validate information for CRM uploads
- Generate CRM reports and maintain accurate records
- Track projects, deadlines and assigned tasks

Requirements

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel and organising data
- High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of related experience (two or more preferred)
- Comfortable learning new software and navigating multiple applications
- Reliable internet, a quiet home workspace and a compatible Windows computer
