The role focuses on accurately processing documentation, managing data across Excel templates, and entering information into internal systems including ERP and customer portals. It is a back-end role with no client-facing responsibilities: 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 12:30 PM Eastern Time), with immediate hiring.

Responsibilities

- Complete quality forms using pre-made templates and answer keys
- Upload documents to customer portals to fulfil client requests
- Create specifications by entering information into existing Excel templates
- Enter micro results data into the company's ERP system
- Manipulate and transfer data between Excel worksheets and cells
- Process document requests received via email
- Work through a backlog of approximately 700 specifications

Requirements

- Strong Excel skills (above basic level; data manipulation between worksheets a plus)
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with data entry and administrative tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with ERP systems (preferred)
- Experience with customer portals and document management systems (preferred)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to follow templates and procedures
