Responsibilities

- Design, deploy and run your own services in an agile, autonomous engineering team
- Build the next-generation investment platform with modern Java (17+), Spring Boot and cloud development on the backend track
- Ship state-of-the-art products on the fullstack track using React, TypeScript and Node.js
- Release value to customers through continuous delivery, several times a day
- Automate testing and embrace a DevOps culture with CI/CD and infrastructure as code
- Improve code quality with every release through pair and mob programming
- Commit to team goals, sharing responsibility, success and failure as a team

Requirements

- Solid backend skills: modern Java (17+), Spring Boot and cloud development
- Fullstack track: proven experience with React, TypeScript and Node.js
- DevOps mindset with interest in infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines
- A team player who takes pride in their work and is curious to keep learning
- Comfortable designing, deploying and running your own services end to end
- Bonus: experience with high-performing or low-latency systems, or a personal interest in investments
